Warm, Trust-Centered Counselling Online and in Worthing
A safe, compassionate space to rediscover confidence, connection, and inner strength.
I’m Grace—a warm, down-to-earth counsellor who helps you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Evidence consistently shows the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor for positive change—and I strive to create a genuine, non-judgmental connection rooted in trust and empathy.
As someone with lived experience—as a parent, navigating a multicultural life, autism, and gender dysphoria—I bring authenticity, understanding, and compassion to our work together. I also draw on my background in pharmacy to understand how medication and therapy can complement each other—but believe that many changes thrive best in the supportive space of talking therapy
